This hatha yoga studio is located in Astoria, NY (Queens), and includes a bright and spacious yoga space. The studio offers weekday Hatha yoga classes, an evening temple worship ceremony, yoga philosophy classes, workshops and yoga and meditation retreats. The current yoga class schedule includes 4 classes a day and the studio offers 2 free yoga classes for newly registered students.
